Cozy 2-bedroom guesthouse, close to MSU/hospital

Spacious 1100 square foot guest house will give you a cozy place to rest before exploring our downtown. Check us out on insta! @thehaven.airbnb 5 minute walk to campus. 8 minute walk to the hospital. 5 minute walk to main street. 17 minute drive to the lake (space to park boat/trailer off street). The front door leads into a spacious living room filled with plenty of seating, TV, full length mirror, and desk. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The dining room is located in the middle of the guesthouse. There are four chairs around the table however more chairs can be found throughout the space. The full bathroom opens up in the hallway. There is a partition in the bathroom where extra towels and the washer/dryer are stored. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker (complimentary K-cups are provided). Finally, there is a screened in porch with a lovely view just outside the backdoor in the kitchen. Parking will be located at the right side of the main house. The longer driveway on the opposite side of the house can be used for guests with boats or trailers-- just let us know before using it. Neighborhood atmosphere on a quiet street.
